Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickScan QR Pro ("the App"), developed by 2al2 Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuickScan QR Pro is a barcode and QR code scanning, creation, and inventory management application. Features include scanning, generating QR codes and barcodes, inventory tracking, product library, batch operations, cloud backup, and data export.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an optional Pro+ subscription with additional features. If you choose to subscribe:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the Pro+ subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All scanned data and inventories are stored locally on your device. Cloud backup (iCloud or Google Drive) is optional and user-initiated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are solely responsible for the data you scan, create, or share through the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by 2al2 Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2al2 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
