iOS Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap QuickScan QR Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Android Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, select QuickScan QR Pro, then tap Cancel.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Open the app, go to More → Account → Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
iOS Open Settings → QuickScan QR Pro → Camera and make sure it's enabled.
Android Open Settings → Apps → QuickScan QR Pro → Permissions and enable Camera.
If the scanner still doesn't detect codes, try improving lighting, holding the device steady at 10–20 cm, and cleaning the camera lens.
iOS Cloud backup uses iCloud. Enable it under More → Settings → Cloud Backup.
Android Cloud backup uses Google Drive (stored privately in your account — only this app can access it). Enable it under More → Settings → Cloud Backup.
You can also export any session, inventory, or product list as PDF, CSV, or Excel from the app.
Data is stored locally on your device, so uninstalling removes it. We strongly recommend enabling cloud backup (iCloud / Google Drive) or exporting your data before uninstalling.
No. All scans, products, and inventories stay on your device. Cloud backup is optional and stored privately in your own account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Tap More → Account → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us your transaction receipt and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
QuickScan QR Pro supports QR, EAN-8/13, UPC-A/E, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, ITF, PDF417, Aztec, and Data Matrix. If your code isn't detected, try better lighting, adjust the distance, or send us a photo and we'll investigate.
